During these uncertain economic times, nonprofit organizations around the country are facing tough challenges.  Saxum|PR understands those challenges and knows the importance of communicating key messages to both your internal and external audiences.  Using this opportunity to speak up can heighten awareness and remind your donors why your mission still remains vital to our community.

At Saxum|PR, we believe in corporate social responsibility (CSR) as an important part of being an active participant in the growth of our community.

$50,000 PR SERVICE GRANT
As a way to give back, we are launching a new and exciting grant program called Step Up that will provide one nonprofit with the Saxum Experience, a $50,000 public relations service grant for one year beginning July 1, 2009.

ADVISORY TEAM
We have partnered with an expert team of advisers comprised of some of the community’s most prominent organizations that have a firm understanding of the current state and needs of local nonprofits to help us make our decision.  This team will ensure that our first recipient has the capacity and sustainability to continue generating success at the end of the grant period. Our advisory team includes:

SERVICES
The grant recipient will receive the following services:

  • Comprehensive communication plan and execution timeline
  • Media relations
  • Media training for members of your organization
  • Monthly meetings with your organization’s point person
  • Collaborative session with your organization to determine goals and objectives
  • Research component to learn more about your target audiences
  • Select creative services to compliment the communication plan

We do not do fundraising, but are open to assisting you in developing creative ways to secure new donors. At Saxum, we believe execution is more than a press release or donor event. It is about telling your story and fulfilling the mission of your organization.
